Dropping Anchor is one of my favourite tools for connecting with a moment of calm. Dropping anchor reminds us that even in the midst of a storm, when we feel completely overwhelmed, our senses can anchor us to the present moment. We can slow down, tune in and find safety there. With greater awareness and a shift in perspective, we are better equipped to face the challenges in our path.
