Today's wisdom from Deepak Chopra.

No matter the challenge, we have the choice to STOP, even for a moment.

S = Stop and press pause on what you are doing or feeling.

T = Take three deep breaths. Allow compassion to flow through your body.

O = Observe what is happening in your mind (your thoughts) and in your body (your feelings).

P = Proceed with kindness, compassion and love.

I'd like to say that I am well practiced at stopping but the truth is that I often find that it is a struggle. It is much easier for me to stay busy doing than to get serious about being. Each time I find the courage to practice these four steps, I recognise how much of my experience is my responsibility. We are constantly choosing the lens through which we see the world.
